How do I know my athlete is ready to play again?
The decision to RTS should be based on:
- Adequate healing of graft, 9-12 months
- Successful completion of RTS testing
- Mental readiness testing
- Collaboration between family, athlete, and doctor
We will provide the athlete, family, and physician with the assessment data to facilitate appropriate decisions on returning to sport.
