Balance & Fall Prevention Class
Feeling unsteady on your feet or have a fear of falling?
At i’m FIT, we believe everyone should feel safe and confident in their bodies. That’s why we’re proud to offer a Balance & Fall Prevention Class!
You’ll learn how to regain strength, improve your balance, and reduce the risk of falling through a customized movement program and educational topics on prevention.

Meet the instructors!
Katie Morgan, ACE-MES
Katie has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in
Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008 and has been certified as a Medical
Exercise Specialist through the American Council of Exercise sinc 2013. Throughout her career Katie
has had the pleasure of empowering clients of all fitness levels and abilities to reach their
highest potential.
Wayne Doyle, PTA, DHSc
Wayne graduated from the Baker College Physical Therapy Assistance Program in 2008
and holds a Master of Human Movement and a Doctorate of Health Science from
A.T. Still University. Wayne’s expertise extends to being a Master Trainer for Matter of
Balance, a program focused on fall prevention and increasing activity levels in older
adults. He thrives on connecting with his patients, customizing their care, and finding
innovative strategies for their recovery.
