When Gina heard there was a need for toilet paper at the White Lake Area…
Sometimes, the best way to appreciate what we have is by giving back to the community. That’s exactly what the i’move Rockford team did when they closed the clinic for an afternoon and spent the time volunteering at Feeding America West Michigan. It was a powerful reminder of the importance of serving others and the impact it can have on our lives and our neighbors.
Feeding America West Michigan is an organization dedicated to fighting hunger in the community by providing access to nutritional food. The i’move Rockford team and a few from our Cove clinic joined efforts to sort and bag over 3,400 pounds of apples, which would be distributed to local families in need.
One of the core values of i’move is to serve others, not just within the clinic walls, but in the community as well. By participating in volunteer opportunities like this, i’move is able to create not just a working community within the walls of the clinic, but a culture that values the community that exists outside of it.
