Are you looking for a gentle way to get back into exercise? Do you want to feel more flexible? This low-intensity class will do just that! Renew is low-impact and designed to give you the flexibility where you need it most.
Low-to-Moderate Intensity total-body workout. Helps you retain mobility, strength, and balance.
Moderate-to-High Intensity, personalized, full-body workout. Lift helps you gain strength and power by utilizing traditional weight-training techniques with a custom program based on individual experience and ability.
Moderate-to-High Intensity, challenging, and fun full-body workout. Excel focuses on mobility, strength, power, and endurance to get your body feeling its best.
Open Gym is a time designated to make up a missed class or get additional exercise in. Use this time to run, walk, lift, or stretch on your own schedule.
* This is unsupervised time. It is expected participants utilize equipment in a responsible and appropriate manner.
