Customized Athletic Performance Training
Designed to help athletes build strength, power, and endurance. During this class, athletes complete personalized workout plans
under the supervision of a Strength and Conditioning coach.
Perfect for middle and high school students.
June 12th – August 3rd *No class on July 4th
Monday – Thursday 1 – 2pm
All packages are 8 weeks long
2x per week Mon & Wed or Tue & Thur – $299
4x per week Monday through Thursday – $399
Speed & Agility
Designed to improve sprinting, ability to change direction
quickly, and coordination. Athletes can lower their risk of injury
and learn safe workout practices.
