Reclaim Strength & Stability: Why the Onero Program is the Smart Choice for Your Bone Health

Struggling with low bone density or worried about osteoporosis?
You’re not alone—and there is a solution.

Welcome to the Onero™ Program—a scientifically backed, exercise-based intervention designed specifically for individuals with low bone mass, including those diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis. About 1 in 2 women and 1 in 4 men over 50 will break a bone because of osteoporosis in their lifetime.

If you’ve been told to “be careful” or “avoid lifting” because of your bones, the Onero™ Program offers a different message:

Don’t fear movement—embrace the right movement.

What is the OneroTM Program?

The Onero™ Program is a clinically developed exercise regimen that focuses on improving bone density, reducing falls, and enhancing balance and strength. Created by researchers and tested through rigorous scientific trials, Onero™ is proven to prevent osteoporotic fractures and reverse functional decline associated with aging.

The Onero™ Program is a medically-informed, research-based intervention delivered in a safe, supervised environment by qualified professionals.

Why Prospective Clients Are Choosing OneroTM

Evidence-Based Approach
Onero™ isn’t based on guesswork. It’s the result of years of research conducted by the Griffith University and The Bone Clinic team in Australia. The program follows protocols that have been shown to increase bone density in both men and women with osteoporosis.

Tailored & Supervised Sessions
Every participant receives individualized assessments and guidance. Your sessions are led by trained exercise physiologists or physiotherapists, ensuring you’re doing the right exercises the right way—safely and effectively.

Reduces Risk of Falls and Fractures
Through a combination of high-intensity resistance and impact-loading exercises, Onero™ enhances muscular strength, postural control, and reflexes—key factors in fall prevention.

Confidence & Empowerment
Living with low bone mass can make you feel vulnerable and cautious. Our clients report not only stronger bones, but stronger confidence. Onero™ gives you the tools and knowledge to move without fear.

Who Is It For?

You might be a perfect fit if:

  • You’ve been diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis
  • You’ve experienced a fracture and want to prevent another.
  • You’re postmenopausal or in your senior years and want to stay strong and independent.
  • You’ve been told to avoid exercise, but feel stuck doing nothing.

What Participants Are Saying

“Before Onero™, I was terrified of lifting anything heavier than a handbag. Now, I’m doing weighted squats and feeling stronger every week. My bone scan improved for the first time in years.” – Marie, 67

“This program gave me back control over my body. I feel balanced, confident, and empowered.” – David, 72
