Andrew Young, DPT, OCS, FAFS
i’move-Grand Rapids MSA Fieldhouse
Andrew is a Michigan native who studied exercise science at Hope College. From there he went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and is now a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. In addition, Andrew has completed a year long fellowship dedicated exclusively to the study of functional human movement. His blended background between orthopedic clinical knowledge and study of functional human movement makes for a unique approach to physical therapy treatment.
Andrew is passionate about empowering his patients through knowledge and encouragement – and likes to have fun while doing it!
In his free time Andrew enjoys doing anything outside – including hiking, kayaking and riding his bike with his wife Kylie and daughter Lucy. He also enjoys working on the 115 year old house he and his family live in, firing up the grill in the summer and roasting his own coffee.
