i‘m rejoicing
Physical Therapist
i’move-Cove, i’move-Grand Rapids MSA Fieldhouse
Brian graduated from Forest Hills Central High School in Grand Rapids, and then attended the University of Michigan for his undergrad studies in Kinesiology. After college, he worked as a missionary for 2 years before returning to school for his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Grand Valley State University. Brian is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the APTA; his practice interests include rehabilitation of injured runners, ACL rehab, strength and conditioning, and injury risk reduction.
Brian and his wife, Chloe, live in Grand Rapids where they recently purchased their first house. Brian enjoys running, strength training, camping/backpacking, and playing sports with friends. He decided to become a physical therapist because he finds great joy in encouraging other people, helping them improve their fitness, and cultivating hope for a better future.
Brian chose “i’m rejoicing” as his i’m phrase because, “I absolutely love my job, and I’m blessed to work alongside some of the most fun people in the world. One of my favorite parts of being a PT is rejoicing with my clients as they get healthier and return to the activities they love without pain.”
