i’move-Holland

Born and raised in the Thumb of Michigan, Haley ventured to West Michigan for college, graduating with both her undergraduate and doctorate degree from Grand Valley State University.

Haley enjoys working with patients across all stages of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her dedication to pelvic health has led her to develop a particular passion for assisting new mothers as they navigate the path back to high-intensity activities. Haley is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and has completed Herman and Wallace training for pelvic health and treats both male and female pelvic health issues. Further enhancing her skill set, Haley is RUN DNA Gait Analysis Certified and offers dry needling and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) to her patients when appropriate. Her experience in pediatrics and specialized knowledge in torticollis underscore her adaptable and comprehensive approach to physical therapy.

Haley is committed to not only alleviating symptoms but also tackling the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. Through a combination of exercise and manual therapy, Haley ensures her interventions maximize function and promote overall wellness. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based methodologies, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of personalized care.

Outside of the clinic, Haley enjoys weight training and cross-training, camping, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Haley chose i’m adapting as her i’m statement because she is constantly trying to adapt her treatment to best suit her patient’s needs and evidence-based treatment.
