Truly a “Jack”-ie of all trades, this fantastic lady does a little bit of everything throughout the day. Jackie supports the front office, enters patient data and schedules patients in the morning, and works with the Billing Specialist in the afternoons to ensure benefits are checked, patient payments are posted correctly, and authorizations are completed and up to date. Jackie works hard to ensure that all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed so that the scheduling and billing experience is as seamless as possible for our patients.

Jackie enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her dog, kayaking, working out and riding bicycles with her husband. With everything she is responsible for and all of the information she has to keep track of on a daily basis, it is easy to see why she has “i’m Versatile” as her statement.
