Katie Lamphere, AT, ATC
Katie graduated from Central Michigan University where she received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. After graduation she worked in the front office at i’move while doing an extended internship at Oakridge High School. The following school year she started working at a local hospital system as an outreach athletic trainer at Grand Haven High School while assisting a sports medicine physician in the office setting.
Since joining i’move Katie still enjoys working with the student athletes at Grand Haven High School and Lakeshore Middle School, as well as other members of the community. Katie is passionate about helping people find ways to incorporate movement into their day whether that is helping them through an injury or surgery or with injury prevention programs.
Beyond athletic training Katie enjoys watching sporting events, reading, exploring new areas, and traveling.
The back of her business cards reads “i’m investing” because she believes “I’m investing in my patients every day by helping them achieve their goals, whether that is movement strategies, healthy lifestyle choices, lending a listening ear or providing them the encouragement they need. I also invest in myself by attending a wide variety of continuing education classes which allows me to keep investing in my patients.”
