We can’t speak to other gyms in Michigan, but at i’move we are taking every CDC-recommended precaution to keep our workouts safe. Our class sizes are small, which easily accommodates social distancing. Plus, unlike typical gyms that rely on machines, our group workouts mostly use gravity and the body’s own resistance to give you a workout. This limits your exposure to i’move equipment (any of which is not shared and thoroughly sanitized between sessions) and teaches you techniques you can replicate at home!
Motivation & Support
Starting a workout on your own is hard. Learning what to do (and what not to do) on your own can be a lot of pressure. Studies show working out in a group can increase accountability and motivation. Our FIT program members don’t judge, can relax, and are just fun people to hang out with. So if you’re in need of a workout buddy, look no further.
